Overview
The purpose of joining a CoachYouths team is to gain access to any SHARED playbooks that the COACHING STAFF has assigned to the team.
The coaching staff can also send out team wide announcements to keep the members of the team informed about schedule changes and other important stuff.
How it all works
The process of JOINING a team is pretty simple:
- First the coach will CREATE the team using the online CoachYouths Team Manager.
- The coach will then INVITE users to JOIN the team by providing the name and the e-mail address of the person they wish to invite.
- The person who is INVITED will receive an e-mail containing a link and instructions on how to JOIN.
- By following the link included in the e-mail you can JOIN the team, you will either need to login to your account or create a new CoachYouths account if you do not already have one.
- Once you have logged in or created an account you will be asked to confirm that you would like to JOIN the team.
- Once you have JOINED the team you will be given a set of instructions for downloading CoachYouths On-Demand, which is the software that will allow you to view any playbooks the coach shares with your team.
That is all you need to do to JOIN a CoachYouths team.
