Software Network Connection Failing

Problem:

I have purchased an online playbook software program. I have opened an online account with Coachyouths. The icon appears on my screen, but when i click to get into the program an error message come up that says

"Login Error When no connection is present---say your out in the field..."

My connection is operating fine. What do I need to do to straighten this out?

Solution:

The only reason that would happen is if your firewall is blocking the outgoing connection, you will need to either disable your firewall or add an exception to the firewall to allow the software to access the internet.

If you need assistance with that we can try to help but you should probably refer to documentation for your firewall as all of them have different functionality.
